Returns & Exchanges

At AUTOID, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original protective bags and secure them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
